Plan Scanning & Digital Archiving for Business
Turn paper archives into organized digital files — wide-format scanning of plans and drawings, with every file checked before handover and delivery to your office.
A paper archive takes up space, wears out, and sometimes simply disappears. Plan scanning turns your sheets, drawings, and project files into accessible digital files — ones you can email, open on the construction site, and reprint at any moment. We scan everything: from a single working drawing to an entire office archive.
The work is done on wide-format scanning equipment, so even garmushkas (accordion-folded permit sets), submission sets, and old blueprint copies are scanned in full, at full sharpness. Every file is checked, straightened, and cropped before handover, and given a clear name according to the organizing scheme you choose — so your digital archive is genuinely usable.
Architecture and engineering firms, businesses, and institutions entrust us with sensitive material. We maintain full confidentiality, handle documents with care, and return originals exactly as received. Delivery to your office can be arranged — both for collecting the material and for returning it.

How It Works
01
Arrange a Handover
Send us details of the material by WhatsApp or through the ordering portal, or arrange for us to collect the archive from your office.
02

We go over the scope together, set resolution, format, and folder structure — and you get a fair quote to approve before we begin.
03
Receive Files & Originals
The files arrive organized and ready to work with, and the original documents come back to you — by pickup or delivery to your office.
Frequently Asked Questions
At what resolution are plans scanned?
The resolution is set by what the files are for. For viewing and emailing, an economical resolution keeps the files light; for full-scale reprinting, we scan at high resolution to preserve every line and dimension. We recommend the right setting for each type of material and check every file before handover.
How do I receive the scanned files?
Usually as PDF or TIFF files, whichever suits your systems. Every file gets a clear name, and the files are organized into folders based on a structure agreed with you — by project, year, or document type, for example. You receive the material via download link or on a portable drive, ready for backup and your digital archive.
Can you scan old or fragile plans?
Yes. Old blueprint copies and brittle paper call for gentle handling, so we scan them carefully and adapt the process — including straightening, background cleanup, and contrast enhancement in the scanned file. The original is kept exactly as received and returned intact, and in special cases we agree on the handling approach with you in advance.
How long does scanning a full archive take?
It depends on the volume of material, its condition, and how much organization you want — scanning a few rolls is different from working through years of binders. Before we start, we go over the quantities with you, set priorities, and align on expectations and timelines up front, so you know exactly what you'll receive and when.
Can you also reprint scanned plans?
Absolutely — that's the advantage of scanning at a print shop: from the scanned file we can reproduce plans on a plotter at exact scale, produce a garmushka with folding and gluing, or add lamination and spiral binding for tender packages. Everything in one place, including delivery to your office or site.
