Our Commitment to Accessibility

ZolPrint Digital Printing Ltd. places great importance on providing equal, accessible service to all customers, including people with disabilities.

We work to make the Site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568.

The Site aims to conform to the WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines at Level AA.

Accessibility Features on the Site

The Site includes an accessibility widget offering: text enlargement, contrast adjustment, grayscale display, link highlighting, animation stopping, and switching to a readable font.

The Site supports keyboard navigation and is adapted for use with screen readers.

Images on the Site carry alternative text, and the structure uses hierarchical headings that make orientation easier.

The Site is adapted for viewing on desktop and mobile devices.

Known Accessibility Limitations

Despite our efforts to make all pages of the Site accessible, some components or pages may not yet be fully accessible, including downloadable files (such as PDF) or content embedded from external systems.

The online ordering portal runs on an external system, and its level of accessibility may differ from that of the Site. We work with the vendor on continuous improvement.

If you encounter an inaccessible component, please let us know and we will work to fix it promptly.

Service Accessibility at the Print Shop

In addition, full service is available remotely — sending files online, phone support, and delivery to your office or site — so there is no need to visit us in person.
