Files Sent for Printing

We treat every file sent to us — working drawings, submission sets, tender packages, or any other document — as the customer's confidential information.

Files are used solely to carry out the print job ordered, including the pre-print file check, and are not passed on to any party not directly involved in performing the work.

The ZolPrint team is committed to keeping the contents of our customers' files and documents confidential.

How We Use the Information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, fulfill orders, coordinate deliveries to your office or site, and improve our service.

We will not send you marketing communications unless you have given explicit consent, and you may ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time.
