The zolprint.co.il website (the "Site") is operated by ZolPrint Digital Printing Ltd., company no. 【מספר חברה】 ("ZolPrint").

Browsing and using the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please refrain from using the Site.

These terms are worded in the plural for convenience and address all genders alike.

Information and Services on the Site

The Site is intended to present general information about ZolPrint's services — digital printing, offset printing, reprographics, and wide-format printing — and to enable contact with the print shop's team.

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but errors, inaccuracies, or changes to the services may occur, and the Site's content should not be regarded as a binding commitment or representation.

ZolPrint may change, add, or remove content and services from the Site at any time without prior notice.

Quotes and Orders

Any price, specification, or quote provided on the Site, by phone, or by email is an estimate only and does not bind ZolPrint until the order has been finally and explicitly confirmed by us.

Orders placed through the ordering portal at zolprint.copier.co.il are also subject to the terms of use published on the portal.

Delivery dates are coordinated with the customer when the order is confirmed; we do our best to meet the agreed schedules.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site — including its design, text, images, logo, and trademarks — belong to ZolPrint or to third parties that have licensed their use to it.

The Site's content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without ZolPrint's prior written consent.

Customer Responsibility for Files and Content

By sending a file for printing, you represent that you hold the full rights to print it — including copyright in the plans, documents, and designs — or that you have obtained permission from the rights holder.

Full responsibility for the content of the files, their accuracy, and their legality rests with the customer alone. ZolPrint does not review the copyright status of content sent to it.

You undertake to indemnify ZolPrint for any third-party demand or claim arising from the infringement of rights in files you sent.

Before sending, please make sure the file is final, at the correct scale, and the current version. We check every file before printing at the technical level, but the content itself is your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Use of the Site is at the user's own risk. The Site and its content are provided as-is, and ZolPrint does not warrant that the Site will operate without interruptions or faults.

ZolPrint shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by use of the Site or by reliance on the information it contains.

Liability for print work actually performed shall be in accordance with the terms of the confirmed order and the provisions of applicable law, and in any event shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that work, to the extent permitted by law.

Links to External Sites

The Site may include links to external sites, including the ordering portal. ZolPrint is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

ZolPrint may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time of use, with the date of the latest update noted at the top of the page.

Continued use of the Site after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or to the use of the Site rests with the competent courts of Israel.
